Rob & Justin | Sixth Presbyterian Church
A former colleague at the Post Gazette asked me to photograph his wedding to his long time boyfriend this past May. It was at the Sixth Presbyterian Church in Squirrel Hill, also known as Mister Roger’s church. It was a touching ceremony of two devoted souls. As much as I loved the ceremony a favorite part of the day was the breakfast and the getting ready that was such a delight to witness. Justin’s dad made waffles , just like he did when they were all younger and everyone told stories. There were lots of wonderful moments through out the day but those during that family time felt the most intimate.Stayed tuned tomorrow for the reception at Schenely Park…
